This month, Discovery commemorates one of the most important dates in modern history – the 75th anniversary of the declaration of VE Day with two original commissions premiering on 8th May.

Tony Robinson’s VE Day: Minute by Minute is a one-hour special which looks at how the news broke that war in Europe was over and how it spread around the world.

Combat Dealers: VE Day Special sees British Army paratrooper and military history enthusiast and collector, Bruce Crompton is determined to celebrate the most important victory in history.
