In what'll arguably be the safest way to get up close to the Ocean's most fearsome predator we'll be inside the the "Ocean Voyager" exhibit all the way from Atlanta, Georgia, USA. Our Shark Cam will be live throughout the rest of August 2012, daily from 11 a.m. to 4am.
Not only will we be bringing you hour after hour of live shark footage, we'll also be letting you control it! All you need to do is click and drag the video to change your view of the shark tank, With a click you'll be able to follow the sharks as they swim past or look straight up and catch the shadow of a whale shark's silhouette. The 360° live video experience is brought to you by Immersive Media.
If one underwater is simply enough, then check out the multiview button to connect to another camera angle in the exhibit. Although the second camera can not be controlled by you, stay tuned and keep your eyes peeled for a few extra surprises that have been thrown in there.
On Monday August 13, we'll bring you a live diver Q and A session starting from 5:30pm. There'll also be chances to see daily whale shark feedings at 3:30pm and 8 p.m. every week day during Shark Week.
